About Syracuse

The Syracuse University School of Information Studies (iSchool) educates students about the relationship between information, people and technology. Syracuse iSchool students understand which tools are right for managing and organizing information pertaining to a project—whether that means an iPhone, a blog, a web site, a laptop, a database, or a large-scale computer. We teach using these tools to advance an organization to the next level. Our graduates bridge the communication and information gap as the liaison between the business and technical entities of any organization, in many different industries.

At the undergraduate level, the Syracuse iSchool offers a B.S. in Information Management and Technology, and dual degree programs with SU’s business and communications schools. The iSchool also offers minors in information management and technology and global enterprise technology. For more details about this program, visit: http://ischool.syr.edu.
