SCHEDULE:

• Registration & Warm-Up : 8:00am
• Four-person Scramble, Shotgun Start: 10:00am
  (box lunches will be provided and pre-loaded on the carts)
• Awards Reception: 4:00pm

COST:

• Industry: $175 per player
• Government: $85 per player
• Sponsorships - See Below
• All Payments Due to the AFFIRM office by October 24th
• No Cancellations or refunds after Nov 1, although we will always accept a substitute

• A great game of golf on a beautiful course  - greens fees / range balls / carts

• Gov't players randomly paired with Industry players, based on handicap; (all pairings are made by AFFIRM)
