Parker Group Consulting (PGC) is an IT management, consulting and training firm that specializes in providing support to government agencies & businesses. Over a ten year period, Ms. Parker maintained a position as a cabinet-level Chief Information Officer (CIO) for both The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and The Department of Education (DOE). She also held several executive positions with IBM in which she trained and directed large sales teams. PGC is headquartered in Washington, D.C. and has been in existence since 2009. It started after Ms. Parker completed her service on the Obama-Biden Transition Team as corporations began to call seeking support on their government marketing strategies
