AFFIRM

AFFIRM's Sustaining Partners program gives companies an opportunity to go beyond networking at luncheons, to increase their year-round exposure to government leaders. Sustaining Partners are the organization's primary Sponsors, and each Sustaining Partner receives corporate membership slots for their employees as part of the package. Sustaining Partners annually renew at the end of the current program year, in the July/August time-frame. There are three levels of sponsorship: large business, medium business, and small business.

Benefits to Corporate Members of Sustaining Partner Companies

• Discounted fees for attendance at our educational luncheon seminars
• Opportunity to attend special "members-only" events such as evening receptions and AFFIRM's annual event at FOSE
• Subscription to the extensive AFFIRM email communications
• Early receipt of results from AFFIRM's Emerging Issues Forum and other AFFIRM white papers
• Opportunity to volunteer for service on the AFFIRM Board and engage in the substantive work of AFFIRM's committees
• Contribution towards AFFIRM's scholarship program, supporting greater educational opportunities for worthy college students entering the IT/IRM field.

Large Business Sustaining Partner (500 or more employees):
$2,000 for the Season (July 1 - June 30); $1,000 for new partners signing up after January 1 (sign up thru June 30)

Sustaining partner benefits for this level of sponsorship include:

• Annual AFFIRM membership for 5 employees
• Promotion in the association's extensive email communications throughout the program year
• Invitation to the Annual Sustaining Partners Appreciation event
• Invitation to several Members-only events
• Listing in any "white papers" published
• Your company logo rotating on the front of the AFFIRM website
• Your company logo rotating on the screen at all AFFIRM events
• A corporate description and link to your company's website from the AFFIRM website

Medium Business Sustaining Partner (50-499 employees):
$1,500 for the Season (July 1 - June 30); $750 for new partners signing up after January 1 (sign up thru June 30)

Sustaining partner benefits for this level of sponsorship include:

• Annual AFFIRM membership for 3 employees
• Promotion in the association's extensive email communications throughout the program year
• Invitation to the Annual Sustaining Partners Appreciation event
• Invitation to several Members-only events
• Listing in any "white papers" published
• Your company logo rotating on the front of the AFFIRM website
• Your company logo rotating on the screen at all AFFIRM events
• A corporate description and link to your company's website from the AFFIRM website

Small Business Sustaining Partner (1-49 employees):
$500 for the Season (July 1 - June 30); $250 for new partners signing up after January 1 (sign up thru June 30)

• Promotion in the association's extensive email communications throughout the program year
• Invitation to the Annual Sustaining Partners Appreciation event

Corporate Member Annual Lunch/Seminar Series - $750

This is for Corporate members from Sustaining Partner Companies that only want to pay once for the year’s entire luncheon series. Includes:

• Guaranteed spot at 10 lunches during the year
• Guaranteed spot at the Annual Awards Luncheon
• Invitation to the Sustaining Partners Corporate Members-Only event
