Vice Admiral Crenshaw is a Principal with Grant Thornton LLP and the National Practice Leader in the Aerospace and Defense Industry with over 30 years of proven executive success in a broad range of leadership positions in the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in reorganization and realignment of large organizations with emphasis on financial issues and cross-functional alignment.

Mary Davie Acting Commissioner, Federal Acquisition Service, GSA |
Ms. Davie was appointed acting commissioner for the GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service, effective July 30, 2012. In this capacity, she sets strategic direction and oversees the delivery of more than $50 billion of products, services and solutions designed to save taxpayer dollars while helping agencies more efficiently achieve their missions.
Ms. Davie has served as the assistant commissioner for FAS’ Office of Integrated Technology Services, the largest fee-for-service IT procurement and services operation in the U.S. government. There, she led a highly skilled workforce that manages more than 7,000 contracts providing IT and telecommunications products, services and solutions critical to defense and civilian agencies’ success.

Vice Adm. Skinner is currently serving as the Principal Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development, and Acquisition). He assumed his duties August 9, 2010.
As a flag officer, he was the program executive officer for Tactical Aircraft Programs and commanded Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, and served as assistant commander, Test and Evaluation, Naval Air Systems Command. Skinner held both operational and shore commands to include commanding officer Patrol Squadron FORTY SEVEN; chief Test Pilot and commanding officer of Naval Force Aircraft Test Squadron, and program manager for a Chief of Naval Operations Special Project.
