On December 18, 2008, AFFIRM released the results of its "The 13th Annual Federal Chief Information Officer Top-Ten Challenges Survey." The survey includes discussion of the top IT and IT-related challenges, critical technologies/solutions, and perspectives on specific issues facing the federal CIO community. For the past twelve years, the Association For Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM) has conducted an annual survey of senior executives within the federal IT/IRM community - to help identify and report the key challenges facing the federal CIOs and their staffs.
